I was born in Russia 1957 and moved to Sweden 2002.

My education in Russia never had any connection to art. I have graduated a Technical University and later became a specialist in Economy and Audit.  

Though drawing has been companions of mine since childhood, I never painted art. I started painting 2011 after buying a book about watercolor art.

I can say that I am mostly a self-taught artist but I met several painters in Sweden whose advice and guidance were very helpful in the shaping of my artistic approach.

I have got a big fascination for watercolor as painting medium. To paint watercolorsfor for me  is a magic act. I got into this wonderful world of colors, and my world has changed, became brighter and richer.
